Learning to Live Well

Learning to Live Well

£20.00

Duration: 45 mins

Access: 6 months

This program is self-reflective and is aimed at people who believe their life needs to improve. They recognise change is better when it isn’t just because of a life-changing event. It is the chance to take control. Too many of us wait too long to think, plan and act to create the future we want. It is the time to beat the wisdom of hindsight.

Introduction

Learning to live well is self-reflective and aimed at people who believe their lives need improvement. They recognise change is better when it isn’t just because of a life-changing event, it is the chance to take control. Too many of us wait too long to think, plan and act to create the future we want. It is the time to beat the wisdom of hindsight.

You will look at the various aspects of your life, but you must be prepared to be honest with yourself. You will answer questions and absorb clues that can lead to positive change. However, most of us seem to reject change even though we are unhappy with our situation.

Reading through the content will take 30-45 minutes, but real success will emerge from serious consideration of the issues that will occur over the coming weeks and months, with the program as a constant point of reference.
