Each course is broken down into individual modules. Some courses may be one big module, others may have several bite size modules. Each module will take between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study – although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you need on each module. Take a look at the course(s) you are interested in for more details.
A bundle is a collection of smaller related courses that have been placed together to make it more economical to purchase. The content of the bundled courses is the same as the individual courses.
If you don’t pass the quiz the first time, you will get further opportunities to take the test. Extra study is recommended between each test. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included in the price of the course.
Once you have completed and passed your knowledge check, you will be able to download/print your certificate any time you need for the duration you have access to the course.
Once you have completed all the individual modules within a course, there will be a multiple-choice knowledge check. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the course content. The knowledge check is online, and you will get your results immediately.
This will vary from course to course, depending on what the specialist creating the course wishes to set. Generally, the pass mark is around 70%. Each course has information confirming the assessment and pass rate.

We can often tailor courses to suit individual organisations, changing content, branding and images. Whilst there is a charge for this, the course will be kept separate from the main platform so that only your employees will have access to it.
