Training can be provided for end-user support, or this service can be provided for an additional cost.
Can we use our own branding and domain?
Absolutely. Your LMS will be fully branded to your organisation’s identity and can be hosted on your own custom subdomain (e.g., learning.yourcompany.com) at no extra cost.
Can we have more than 10,000 users?
Our base flat fee supports up to 10,000 registered users. For larger organisations, we offer simple, linear scaling: each additional block of 10,000 users adds just £50 to your monthly bill, ensuring your costs remain predictable even at massive scale.
Are there any hidden setup or extraction fees?
We believe in total transparency. There is a one-off implementation fee of £2,500 to configure your environment. This includes optimisation and branding.
There may be a small fee for extraction of data to cover the administrators time if you decide to leave. We provide your full site backup for free.
How secure is the hosting environment?
Your LMS is hosted on high-performance, Tier 3+ UK-based architecture hosted by DigitalOcean. We handle all security patching, server maintenance, and core updates, ensuring your platform remains stable, fast, and compliant with UK data standards.
Is my data backed-up?
